3.1 Seller Responsibility and Attestation
Sellers listing items in the Farm Fresh category represent and warrant that: (a) they hold any license, permit, or registration required by their state, county, or municipality to sell the specific item listed (including, where applicable, a cottage food operation license, food handler's permit, or cottage food registration); (b) the item complies with all applicable food safety, labeling, and handling laws in the jurisdiction where it is produced and sold; and (c) they will not list an item in a category or from a jurisdiction where its sale is not legally permitted under applicable cottage food or food-safety law.
3.2 Local-Sale Requirement and Geographic Restrictions
Washington state law prohibits online sales of cottage food products. Sellers located in Washington are responsible for complying with this restriction and should not list Farm Fresh items for online sale. Farm Fresh Listings are otherwise intended for local, same-state sale consistent with the cottage food law of the Seller's jurisdiction. Sellers are solely responsible for confirming and complying with their state's specific requirements. List99 does not determine, enforce, or guarantee eligibility based on state law.
3.3 Disclaimer of Food Safety Warranty; Assumption of Risk
