How it Works
Step 1: Register - Registering as a buyer on List99.com is free and easy. Registration to ceceron.com provides members access to list99.com. You get the benefits of our social networking site, along with the auction site. To register you simply click here to complete the new member registration for ceceron.com. Depending on the information you submit, you will receive a response confirming your membership within 24 to 72 business hours.
Step 2: Find Merchandise – To browse auctions on our site you can do so by performing a basic keyword search from the search bar on every page, or clicking on Advanced Search beneath the search bar for multiple criteria. You can also search by members, or by general membership classification. You can also set up a search engine to be notified automatically when items of interest to you are added to our site, set up a Search Agent or sign up for Email Alerts.
Step 3: Bid - Once you have a valid user account, you may bid on any auction by entering your maximum bid in the "Place Bid" box on any auction view page.
Step 4: Pay for an Auction – As we grow we anticipate adding different types of payment options. Right now we primarily only accept PayPal.
Step 5: Receive your purchase – All purchases should be shipped to you within 3 days. If you do not receive confirmation that your purchase has been shipped you should report the issue to us immediately. Our internal fraud monitoring and customer service department will address it immediately.Step 6: Manage Your Account – Managing your account is done through the My Account section. This is where you go to view transactions, submit changes to your profile, set up saved search agents, add auctions to your watch list, and more.
